Do I need to book in advance?
Yes — booking ahead guarantees your space. You can book online, by phone, or by email.
What time is the park open?
We open at 7:00 am and close around 5:00 pm.
What happens if it rains?
Rain is typically only an issue from July to November. If you visit during those months, booking a morning tour improves your odds of clear weather.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds apply when you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour. See our policies page for full terms.
What do I wear for the tour?
Closed-toe shoes and light clothing.
What is the weight limit for the zipline?
The weight limit is 250 lbs (113 kg) per person.
How safe is the zipline?
Our certified guides follow strict safety procedures throughout the tour to keep you safe from start to finish.
Can I do the tour if I am afraid of heights?
Yes — our guides regularly help guests who are nervous about heights and will support you throughout the tour.
Is there a place to eat at the park?
Yes — The Jungle Food & Drinks serves breakfast from 7:00 am, buffet lunch from 11:00 am, and an afternoon menu, plus smoothies and cocktails.
Where can I park my car?
We have safe parking on site for you to leave your car during the tours.
Is there somewhere to shower and change after the tours?
Yes, we have showers and changing rooms on site.
How old do you have to be to drive an ATV?
Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Kids 4–8 ride in a buggy; ages 9 and up can ride a double ATV.
